Step 6. Finally, click on DELETE to permanently delete your family tree information.
How To Cancel your Subscription
Follow these steps below:
Step 1. Go to Ancestory.com website
Step 2. sign-in to your account.
Step 3. click on your USERNAME which is located on top right-hand side of the page.
Step 4. Now a drop-down menu section will appear.
Step 5. Click on YOUR ACCOUNT.
Step 6. Meanwhile, you will are going to be redirected to YOUR ACCOUNT page, where you have to locate the SUBSCRIPTION section given at the right side of the page.
Step 7. Now click on CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION.
Step 8. Choose one reason for canceling your subscription.
Step 9. Finally, click on series of action CANCEL >>> CONTINUE TO CANCEL >>> CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP.
