Step 1. Go to the following account deletion URL “https://id.atlassian.com/manage/close-account“
Step 2. Login to your account with your login credentials.
Step 3. And finally, follow the on-screen instruction to permanently delete your account.
Alternatively, follow these steps below:
Step 1. Log into your account.(From your organization at admin.atlassian.com)
Step 2. Select Directory.
Step 3. Now, click on Managed accounts.
Step 4. And from the checkboxes, select the user accounts you want to deactivate.
Step 5. Now from the confirmation dialog that appears, confirm that you want to deactivate the accounts.
NOTE: If you get some warnings, you may need to take care of these issues before you can go back to deactivating the accounts.
