Step 4. In the section, What can we help you with? select “MY ACCOUNT”.
Note: You must cancel your membership account before you can be able to delete your account permanently.

>>>CHANGE OR CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP
>>>CANCEL MEMBERSHIP
>>>click on CANCEL MEMBERSHIP
Step 5. Now that your membership account is canceled, select MY ACCOUNT

Step 8. A pop-up window is going to appear, fill the form accordingly.
Step 9. Therefore, on the section, “How we can help you with” write “REQUEST TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT”
Step 10. Click on START CHAT.
Step 11. Shortly, a customer service agent will connect with you. Then tell the customer service agent your honest reason to delete your account.
