Step 3. Enter your Email Address that is linked to the account you want to delete.
Step 4. Enter your Bitbns User ID.
Step 5. In the Subject section, type REQUEST TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT.
Step 6. Now, select an option in the “Issue Faced On” options
Step 7. And in the Description text field, enter your honest reason for requesting account deletion.
Step 8. Scroll down and tick the reCAPTCHA indicating that you are not a robot.
Step 9. And finally, click on Submit to send your account deletion request/ticket.
