How To Delete Carousell Account
Users of this account, have two methods of deleting their account, namely:
- Delete account by email
- And delete your account through their App.
How To Cancel Your Account By Email
Note, you can delete your account by sending an email to the company, requesting them to delete your account from their database.
Therefore, follow these steps below:
Step 1. Open your email account that is registered with the application or website.
Step 2. Now compose an email and enter the email address support@carousell.com
Step 3. In the Subject box, write “REQUEST TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT”.
Step 4. Now write an email requesting them to delete your account from their database, and to wipe all your information with them, if any.

Cancel your Account through their App
Follow these steps below:
Step 1. Open your Carousell App.
Step 2. Login to your account.
Step 3. Tap on the ME button which is located at the bottom right section of your screen.
Step 4. Tap SETTINGS.
Step 5. TaP on EMAIL SUPPORT / FEEDBACK at the bottom section of your screen.
Step 6. Immediately, pop-up options will appear.
Step 7. Tap on DEACTIVATE ACCOUNT.
Step 8. Tap on SEND DEACTIVATION LINK ON MY MAIL.
Step 9. Now, open your email account and click on the mail you receive from Carousell. So on that mail, you will find your account deletion link.
Step 10. Click on that LINK or COPY THE URL and paste on and browser and then click on it to go to the ACCOUNT DELETION page.
Step 11. On the account deletion page, click on DEACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT.
Step 12. Now, select a reason from the list and click on CONTINUE TO DEACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT.
Step 13. Finally, UNINSTALL the App from your device to permanently delete your account.
