Step 3. On Subject Type “REQUEST TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT”.

Alternatively, Cancel your Account through their App.
Follow these steps below:
Step 1. Go to the Main Menu of the app.

*by clicking 3 horizontal lines saying “Menu” in the bottom right of a screen on iOS
Step 2. Click on “Support”
Step 3. Click “Delete Account”
Step 4. Select a reason for deleting your account.
Step 5. Now, log in to the email that is linked to the account you want to delete, and confirm the deletion of your account.
Note: You should receive the deletion confirmation email in about half an hour or less.
Similarly, if you haven’t received it to your main inbox, please make sure to check your “spam” or “junk” inbox, as it may have went there.
Immediately you follow the above steps, you account will be permanently deleted.
