Step 4. Now a drop-down menu section will appear, click on ACCOUNT SETTINGS.
Step 5. On the right section of the ACCOUNT SETTINGS page, click on SET NAME.
Step 6. Again a drop-down section will appear, click on DELETE ACCOUNT.
Step 7. This time, you will be directed to the account deletion page.
Step 8. Enter your PASSWORD again.
Step 9. Now select your REASON FOR DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT.
Step 10. Finally, click on DELETE to permanently delete your account.
Meanwhile, if you are a paid Subscriber, you need to cancel your subscription before you can follow the above steps.
How To Unsubscribe From Paid Membership
Follow these steps below:
Step 1. Go to your email account that is registered with your G Cloud account.
Step 2. Compose an email and enter the email address support@gcloudbackup.com
Step 3. On Subject Type “REQUEST TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION”
Step 4. Now write an email regarding cancel your subscription with a reason you are unsubscribing from their service.
Step 5. Click SEND, and then wait for at least 48 hours for the company to respond to your mail.
