Follow these steps below:
Step 1. Go to the following URL “https://www.hipchat.com/account/delete”
Step 2. Login to your account.
Step 3. Immediately, you will be taken to the DEACTIVATE ACCOUNT page.
Step 4. Enter your Password.
Step 5. Enter your Reason for Closing Account.
Step 6. Now, click on the DEACTIVATE ACCOUNT.
Step 7. Immediately, a pop-up confirmation message will appear.
Step 8. Finally, click on OK to delete permanently your account.
