How To Delete JustGiving Account
Note, you can delete your account by sending an email to the company, requesting them to delete your account from their database.

Step 1. Open your email account that is registered with the application or website.
Step 2. Now compose an email and enter the email address firstname.lastname@example.org.
Step 3. In the Subject section, type “REQUEST TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT”.
Step 4. Now write an email requesting them to delete your account from their database, and to wipe all your information with them, if any.

NOTE: If you’d like your page to be removed from the site, or you’ve created a page by accident, you can cancel it from within the control panel:
Follow These Steps Below To Delete Your Fundraising Page:
Step 1. Log into your JustGiving Account.
Step 2. Now on the left hand side, click ‘Edit your page’ alongside the page you’d like to cancel
Step 3. Click on ‘Cancel your page’.
Step 4. And finally, click on ‘Please cancel my JustGiving page’.
Alternatively, you can expire your page, that way it’s still visible on the site but donors can no longer donate to it.
Follow These Steps Below:
Step 1. Log in to your account
Step 2. Now you’ll see your active pages on the left-hand side, click ‘Edit’ underneath the page you’d like to manage
Step 3. Click on ‘Extend your fundraising page’ – this can be found under ‘Page Settings’ on the right-hand side
Step 4. Enter the date for the following day, then your page will expire the next day
Step 5. And finally, click on ‘Save’ to complete your action.
NOTE: If you’d like to cancel an old Fundraising Page that’s expired or reactivate a cancelled page, please drop them an email and they can do this for you.
