How To Cancel Your Account through their App
Follow these steps below:
Step 1. Open your Magisto App.
Step 2. Click on the GEAR LIKE icon, which is located at the top-left section of your screen.
Step 3. Immediately, you will be taken to the SETTINGS page.
Step 4. Now, click on Change Personal Info.
Step 5. Click on DELETE ACCOUNT.
Step 6. Immediately, a message will pop-up showing that all your data will be erased if you delete your account.
Step 7. Finally, click on PROCEED to permanently terminate your account.
Cancel your Account through their Website
Follow these steps below:
Step 1. Go to the following URL “https://www.magisto.com/”
Step 2. Sign in to your account.
Step 3. Click on your PROFILE PICTURE.
Step 4. Locate the “NOT HAPPY” section on the bottom section of the page and then click on DELETE ACCOUNT.
Step 5. Immediately, a new section will appear.
Step 6. Enter your password.
Step 7. Finally, click on YES, Delete It, to permanently cancel your account.
