Step 4. Select “Delete My Account” on ” Select Request Type” section
Step 5. Enter your Nickname, First Name, Last Name, and Email Address.
Step 6. On Request Detail Textbox type your honest reason to delete your account,
Step 7. Tick the captcha
Step 8. Click on Submit button.
