How To Delete Patient Access Account
To do this, simply drop them a message using their contact support form.
Follow these steps below:
Step 1. Go to the following URL “https://support.patientaccess.com/contact-support-form“
Step 2. Enter your first and last name.
Step 3. Enter your Email Address that is linked to the account you want to delete.
Step 4. Your Telephone number is also required.
Step 5. Your Date of birth is also required.
Step 6. Select where your practice is located.
Step 7. And on the “What is your query about” option, select OTHER.
Step 8. In the “Please enter your query here” text field, type REQUEST TO PERMANENTLY DELETE MY ACCOUNT and also, enter your honest reason for requesting account deletion.
Step 9. Scroll down and tick “I understand that this is not a medical support site and Patient cannot give any guidance on any aspect of my health or medical care.”
Step 10. Tick also the reCAPTCHA indicating you are not a robot
Step 11. And finally, click on Submit to send your account deletion request.
