Cancel your Account Via the Paytm Official App
Follow these steps below:
Step 1. Download and install the old version of the Paytm application on your mobile phone.
Step 2. Open the App.
Step 3. Go to the Profile section.
Step 4. Tap on Contact Us.
Step 5. In the subject section, type “DELETE MY PAYTM ACCOUNT”
Step 6. Select Other options for request submission.
Step 7. Enter your honest reason to permanently delete your account.
When you submit your account deletion request, the company will delete your account within some working days not exceeding 7days.
