Are you fed up using your Qapital account, and as such you wish to cancel (close) or even deactivate your account?

There are various reasons why you may wish to delete your Qapital account among all of them is email spamming by the company.
Meanwhile, Qapital is an online Financial application that allows its users to smartly spend money on daily needs. The online application allows its users to create or edit account information, set goals on how much money you want to save, deposit money into your Qapital account and spend the money with your Qapital card.

After a 30-day trial, however, you’ll pay a monthly membership fee based on your choice of three service tiers: Basic: $3/month. Complete: $6/month.
How To Delete Qapital Account
Note, you can only delete your account by sending an email to the company, requesting them to delete your account from their database.
Therefore, follow these steps below:
Step 1. Open your email account that is registered with the application.
Step 2. Now compose an email and enter the email address support@qapital.com
Step 3. On Subject Type “REQUEST TO DELETE MY QAPITAL ACCOUNT”.
Step 4. Now write an email requesting them to delete your account from their database, and to wipe all your information with them, if any.

How To Cancel Qapital Transfer
Just click on the ‘Upcoming Deposits’ line, and then the three dots in the top right corner and hit ‘Cancel Deposit’ in the box that shows up.
Note: Only scheduled transfers can be canceled as they have not left your account yet.
How To Change Qapital Membership
- Go to the ‘Profile‘ tab.
- Select ‘Membership.’ From here, you can select your tier.
- The change will go into effect immediately and will reflect on your next billing cycle.
