Step 1. Go through the following URL“https://support.rover.com/hc/en-us/requests/new”.
Step 2. On the “How We Can Help You” section, select your account between Sitter or Pet Owner.
Step 3. Meanwhile, If you choose pet owner then scroll down and click on I Need To Deactivate My Account, but if you select Sitter then on the next section choose other.
Step 4. A form will appear on the bottom page, fill out the information, like your email address.
Step 5. On the Subject section, write “Request to Delete My Account”.
Step 6. On the Description box, write your honest reason to delete your account
Step 7. Click on SEND
Note: The customer service will respond to your query about account deactivation on your email address within 72 hours.
