Step 2. Now compose an email and enter the email address privacy@shopify.com
Step 3. On Subject Type “REQUEST TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT”.
Step 4. Now write an email requesting them to delete your account from their database, and to wipe all your information with them, if any.

Cancel your Account through their Website
Follow these steps below:
Step 1. Go to the following URL “https://www.shopify.com/login”
Step 2. Sign in to your account.
Step 3. Now, click on SETTINGS which is given at the left menu section.
Step 4. Immediately, a new menu section will appear.
Step 5. Click on ACCOUNT.
Step 6. On the down-section of the Account page, which is the WANT TO CLOSE YOUR STORE? section, click on CLOSE MY STORE.
Step 7. Type in your password.
Step 8. Finally, click on Confirm to permanently delete your account.
Step 9. Meanwhile, immediately you click on the confirm button a new window is going to appear asking you your reason for closing your store
Step 10. Now select STOPPING MY BUSINESSES
Step 11. Finally, click on CLOSE MY STORE.
