Step 1. Go to the following URL“https://support.todoist.com/hc/en-us/requests/new”.
Step 2. Immediately you will be taken to the form page, where you will have to fill a form and send it.
Step 3. In the Subject section, write “REQUEST TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT”.
Step 4. On the Category section, select OTHERS
Step 5. On the platform section, select the platform you are currently using.
Step 6. In the Description box, write your honest reason to delete your account.
Step 7. Click on submit.
Step 8. Now wait for like 48 hours, you will receive a message in your email regarding your account removal.
Cancel your account through their Website
Follow these steps below:
Step 1. Go to the following URL “https://todoist.com/”
Step 2. Sign in to your account.
Step 3. Click on GEAR LIKE ICON, which is given at the top right side of the page.
Step 4. Now, a drop-down menu list will appear.
Step 5. Click on TODOIST SETTINGS.
Step 6. Click on ACCOUNT.
Step 7. Now, scroll down to the bottom of the Account section and click on Delete My Todoist Account.
Step 8. Enter your password.
Step 9. Write your honest reason to delete your account.
Step 10. Finally, click on DELETE MY ACCOUNT.
