Step 1. Tap on ‘My Balance’ on Wallet Page
Step 2. Tap on ‘Delete My Account’
Step 3. Agree to the Terms & Conditions
Step 4. Tap on ‘Delete it’
Step 5. Now, your request for account deletion has been sent.
And finally, to complete the deletion process you need to verify your account information by submitting the below documents within 7 days
- Name and Date of Birth
- Account Number linked to TB
- Your Bank Passbook
- A letter issued by Bank
- Bank statement signed and stamped by your Bank
NOTE: Through this process, only your wallet account will be deleted. So you can re-register and use the app for other features.
