Step 3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Contact Us.
Step 4. Choose between Listener and Broadcaster. So if you listen to the radio on the website choose listener, else broadcaster.
Step 5. Now once you select the above mention option you will be taken to the Contact Us Form Page.
Step 6. Enter your Name and Email Address.
Step 7. On what type of issue you are contacting about? select ACCOUNT or LOGIN.
Step 8. On the Question/Comment section, write your honest reason to delete your account.
Step 9. Click on SEND EMAIL.
Follow these steps below to cancel TuneIn Premium on any web browser:
Step 1. Log into your TuneIn account on any web browser of your choice.
Step 2. Navigate to your profile image at the top right.
Step 3. Select Settings.
Step 4. Click on the Subscription tab.
Step 5. Now click on Cancel Subscription.
Step 6. And finally, Complete Cancellation.
TIPS: Subscriptions and trials entered into via the iOS app or the Google Playstore are managed by iTunes and Google Playstore directly, which is why the website (app) cannot process those cancellations or refunds.
